Who this is for
Serial accumulators who record each cold-wallet acquisition by hand and want a volume purpose-built for their entry rhythm — not a blank notebook adapted with stickers and ruler lines.
What you receive
A hand-bound ledger with pre-printed column templates designed during two consultation sessions. Standard columns include date, lot or transaction reference, asset, quantity, unit price, running total, and a margin zone for transfer notes. We print on 120 gsm cotton-rag paper, fold sections, sew on linen tapes, and case in your choice of cloth or leather cover. Each book receives a unique workshop spine number and a cotton slipcase.
What is excluded
We do not generate digital exports, connect to wallets, or verify blockchain transactions. The ledger is a blank structured record — you fill it offline. We also do not store copies of your completed entries.
Process
- Initial consultation (60 min): Review your current record-keeping habits, accumulation frequency, and column needs.
- Template proof: We produce a printed sample spread for your review. Up to two revision rounds are included.
- Deposit: 40% upon proof approval.
- Binding: Printing, folding, sewing, and casing over four to six weeks.
- Collection: Final inspection together at the workshop. Balance due at pickup.
Preparation
Bring any existing notebooks or spreadsheets (printed, not on a device) that show how you currently record acquisitions. If you use multiple hardware wallets, note how you distinguish them in your entries.
Timeline
